Here’s my review of “The Social Reckoning” which hits theatres this Friday! It touches on the recent “Facebook Files” case that resolved around Frances Haugen portrayed by Mikey Madison who ends up becoming a whistleblower in a monumental case. Jeremy Allen White portrays investigate journalist Jeff Horowitz who leads the search and breaks the story of the “Facebook Files”.
However, I will say I had an overlap with “The Social Reckoning” with New York Film Festival’s World Premiere of Luca Guadagnino’s “Artificial” that is a counter piece of sorts. I give my first thoughts on it and do some small comparisons on how these films are a contrast to each other.
Please tune in and I’ll have more NYFF coverage tomorrow!
